NRG Stadium Rules
The Golden Rule: When at NRG Stadium please be mindful and respectful of other guests and those around you.
Perhaps most importantly – Enjoy the show!
To ensure that fans and concertgoers continue to have a smooth entry into the venue as well as maximize concert and event experience, the venue has certain rules that it urges its visitors to adhere to. Some of the rules include the following:
- Bags allowed into the venue are clear plastic, PVC, or vinyl not greater than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ in size, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, and a small clutch bag the size of the human hand. All other types of bags are prohibited with exceptions made for large bags that carry medically necessary items.
- Tailgating is allowed but only if follows the stipulated rules and regulations.
- Laptop computers and Selfie Sticks are not allowed into the venue
- Small cameras and mobile phones can be used to take photographs but the use of professional cameras are frowned upon. Also, audio and video recorders are not allowed
- Frisbees are not allowed. Also, foods and drinks from outside are not allowed but exceptions are made for medical purposes and children
- Illegal substances such as drugs are not allowed into the venue
- Fireworks, guns or weapons of any kind are not allowed into the venue
- Children of all ages are allowed into the venue but must be under adult supervision. Children who are two years and older may require a ticket to gain entry into concerts while kids younger than two do not require tickets but would have to sit on an adult’s laps
- Animals are not allowed into the venue except for guide or service animals
- Signs and handheld banners may be carried during concerts but they must be held in a way that it does not obstruct other visitors’ view
